One thing I truly love about this podcast is how he tries to see history from as many perspectives as he can. The host and guests seem honest and genuinely interested in finding truth, not just to get hits or sell books, but to better understand the president and their situations. Thx!

This is a podcast not be missed. The historical information is presented clearly and concisely enabling a normal person to fully grasp the critical aspects of Presidential decision making.

I recently discovered this podcast and listened to it on a long road trip from Alabama to Albuquerque (and back). Wow, did it make the trip go by so much faster. If you enjoy US History, you will love this podcast. Richard does an awesome job!

Thoroughly enjoy listening to this podcast and always seem to learn something new. Richard Lim does a good job of explaining contemporary views, both positive and negative, of the President being discussed; and then shares his views with support. I’m catching up on some older episodes. Just listened to the 2023 series (5 episodes) on progressive presidents Roosevelt and Wilson. Very informative and nice summary of their legacy in the last episode.

I feel like I learn a lot when I listen to this podcast. More details and recent revelations about historical events that I learned about in school long ago, but I’m finding a more nuanced and dimensional perspective.

Despite some of the other reviews, I have never felt this podcast was biased. I believe this is a solid podcast history that does so well at present history. I have learned so much from this podcast and the guests are so engaging. The guests on this show have diverse perspectives that really help me see history through different lenses.

I’ve loved US Presidential history since I was a kid. I’ve learned so much, and am constantly astounded. Listening to this podcast, which makes the 5-year-old in me and 20-something current me very giddy!

Excellent guests, interesting topics, historically accurate without appeasing to extremist and revisionist opinions.

Whether you’re playing trivia, watching the news and/or a game show U.S. Presidents comes up very often. I have learned about U.S. Presidents when visiting its sites and reading about them, but there are some facts that I have never heard of. To me this is one of the best podcast.

The episode on Ronald Reagan was done very well. He was very fair.

Very well researched and presented without an agenda which is truly refreshing. Please don’t submit to those with an agenda.

In Episode about Ulysses Grant an author throws up nonsensical hypotheticals repeating Lost Cause propaganda. 🤮Poorly researched.

This show is the vindicator of the lost presidents - those we don't remember well, or who didn't have sensational terms in office. Richard brings out the significance and richness of each administration in an engaging and thoughtful way. I'm always better for listening. Thank you!

Have only listened to one episode, the James A Garfield, but it told me more about him than I had known before. Most shows about him only speak about his murder, not about how brilliant he was
